Being Alcohol Smart means not just having a good time but ensuring you know when to say ‘when’ and being prepared for your sports game.

And being prepared for your sports game, being aware of your actions in social environments. Being Alcohol Smart is also being positive about your health, your relationships, your finances and career in sports.

If you want to cut back on your drinking there’s plenty of support available:
